Refund, Return, Product Use & FDA Disclosure Policy

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty, skincare, and fragrance products, Flourishing Vibes does not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • An incorrect item was shipped due to our error, or

  • An item arrived damaged

All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and must include:

  •  1. The order number 
  •  2. Clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and original packaging.

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at the sole discretion of Flourishing Vibes. Products that appear used, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

 

Skin Sensitivity & Product Use Disclaimer

All skin is different, and individual reactions may vary. Flourishing Vibes transparently lists all ingredients for your care and safety. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredient information prior to purchase and use.

A patch test is strongly recommended before using any new product. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that Flourishing Vibes is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of product use or misuse.

All products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance preferences are subjective. No refunds or exchanges will be issued based on scent preference.

 

FDA Disclosure & Regulatory Compliance

Flourishing Vibes products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Flourishing Vibes complies with applicable FDA cosmetic labeling regulations under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), including full ingredient disclosure.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
