Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and ship your order and does not include transit time.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Flourishing Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Flourishing Vibes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Flourishing Vibes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we may review your claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
